Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of GmailEmpty. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the app
GmailEmpty allows users to connect one or more Gmail accounts and configure automatic emptying of Gmail Trash at selected time intervals.
User authorization
You may only connect and authorize Google accounts that you are permitted to use. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the settings you select.
Permanent deletion
GmailEmpty performs an action that may permanently delete messages from Gmail Trash. Deleted messages may not be recoverable. Before enabling automatic emptying, you are responsible for understanding this behavior, reviewing your Trash when appropriate, and choosing an interval suitable for your needs.
By enabling the feature, you instruct GmailEmpty to perform the configured Trash-emptying action automatically according to your selected settings.
Availability and operation
The app and its related automation are provided on an as-available basis. Operation may depend on Google services, permissions, APIs, internet connectivity, account configuration, platform restrictions, and other third-party systems. Continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Account management
You can turn automatic emptying on or off and remove connected accounts using the controls provided by the app. Removing an account is intended to remove the app's connection and associated GmailEmpty automation for that account where supported by the implemented functionality.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, use it to access accounts without authorization, bypass security controls, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
Third-party services
GmailEmpty uses Google services. Your use of Google accounts and services remains subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, limits, and technical requirements.
Disclaimer
GmailEmpty is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every user's requirements or operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses resulting from user-selected deletion settings, unavailable third-party services, revoked permissions, account configuration, or other circumstances outside the app's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as GmailEmpty develops or as legal, technical, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the app after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
